Oral does nothing for me...but i always hear ladies raving about it! He's tried many techniques....i just dont like it

You're normal. Everybody's different, just go with what you do like.
Keep in mind that he may enjoy it, so unless it's a real turn-off for you, allow him to indulge. You may eventually hit the right combination. Try again every so often. You never know.
My lady does not like oral because she feels very self-consious about how she thinks she must smell, even though she practices good hygeine. The thought of my doing it disturbs her, so we refrain. Plenty of other things to do. Point is, you may have self-image issues you need to address, or else you just are built in such a way that such stimulation does not do it for you.
