If he has worms, you would chck in his poop.
Likely, it is his diet. Either he ate something which gave him an intestinal parasite, or he is not getting enough healthy food to insure proper digestion.
If he is eating certain foods without chewing them properly, then they may have caused a blockage. Hopefully, his doctor can give him a stool softener, or otherwise help him if this is the case.
Please, however, do not give laxative to a child without consulting your doctor first.

That sounds more like IBS than worms. But you can take a stool specimen to the doctor to have it checked for worms. Most worm infestations do not produce outward symptoms. Although pin worms usually result in severe rectal itch. All are fairly easily treated. My concern would be that the little guy is suffering with IBS, and that is needless, there are very efficient meds to control the symptoms.

My first answer is time, provide him a voucher or perhaps with, "a magic cost ticket" that provides you with'll do some thing with him sometime; like bypass to the zoo, aquarium, baseball (familiar time period), topic park, fishing, a hike contained in the community nationwide park, camping out, you get the photo. youngsters, even spoiled ones crave interest, and treasure own interest. they are merely stressed out that way. this variety of tremendous number of cases spending time with them, even with if its only an afternoon can mean extra the any toy. i am going to't keep in innovations most of the toys i become given as a baby, yet boy do I keep in innovations grandpa and grandma taking me fishing. If time isn't an decision component about starting up an funding for him, there are organizations that allow you to to purchase a pair fo stocks(sshare-builder to get him all started in making an investment at a cushty age(%. a agency he likes and he would properly be proud understanding he owns somewhat bitty ppieceof it. The donation component is a sturdy direction, i like a company noted as Kiva, it isn't in reality a donation yet what's termed a micro loan. that is a small loan to human beings in 0.33 international aspects to start up small bbusinessesand such, many times they are payed decrease back, and also you'll roll all of them over lower back or keep the money. no longer only a handout and also you'll music the progess of the kinfolk or perhaps with on-line. So i'm hoping that facilitates, wish its a contented birthday!

Yes their are so many type of worm. Why in a developed country where dental care is a must why parasitic treatment or care is not a must, or helminthic and may be protozoal is never taken care of. this is definition of USA. They pretend but never provide the health care you need & never they will provide. In China their are foot Docs in India Quakes but in USA you can't get a medicine without paying your whole living. It's a matter of shame. Your nephew is suffering from amoebic as well as protozoal, & helminthic disorder. Simply give him Albendazole with some purgative & from next day Metranidazole 400mg for 7 days. Thats it. But the question is this that how will you get that? The whole medicine prescribed costs 40 cent in India but in USA it is more than 5$s. God can help you.

ooh, you might wanna see the doctor about that. It could be irritable bowel syndrome. Chances of hima ctually having worms is slim to none, especially since he is so young. If he has spent time abroad, in like Mexico, the chances are still very slim.

Your nephew is probably eating different foods that do not agree with him. If he eats chocolate, bananas, rice it will give him constipation but when he does start going it will act as dairea. Ask mom what he is eating and go from there.

He's probably just having problems with his bowels. My son, age 6, went through this a few months ago. Take him to the doctor and they will x-ray his abdomen. They gave my son a children's laxative and mineral oil. All which you can buy over the counter. It solved the problem. Take him to the doctor to find out what the problem is.

It could also be a form of colitis. This is not fun. In fact, severe colitis could kill.
I know that's not what you or anyone else in your family wanted to hear, but it's something that you do need to hear. someone needs to take this boy to a doctor, STAT.

Gee, how about taking him to the doctor? Yes, that's a splendid idea. The doctor will know what he has and can treat it.
