I intialy had planter fastitus (sp) at least that is what my Dr said.
When the pain in my heal went away (thank you for leaving you evil pain) My feet remained swollen for weeks, my ankles as well and I was on anti inflmatories... they didnt seem to help
Then my wrists started to swell and I had pain in my hands.
All of that went away but I still have this pain on the top of my foot down by my toes where they bend to meet the foot.. its strange
I am being checked for rhumitoid arthritis on feb 9th.. though now that most of the pain went away I have no idea what it was, any thoughts?
Sorry for rambling.. its what I do

I am in the same boat as you. The md told me that it was just inflamation of the joints. Take ibuprofin and elevate it. Wear shoes with good arch supports so that more pressure isn't put on those joints.

We took x-rays of my foot and the bones and joints there are all ******** and rotated wierd. I chalk that up to one more thing my body has wrong with it.

Probably just residual inflammation from the fasciaitis...it's good to be checked for RA tho, just to be safe. The sooner RA gets started on treatment the better controlled it is.

well it can be tendinitis..i get that way too..i have the same problem but i have rheumatoid arthritis......i wear my tennis shoes a little looser....try that. also tell the Doctor...he may try some other medicines for the pain. then again he could be rheumatoid arthritis. did you also try arch support for your feet. they work too.
