I cannot swallow sof gels or tablets.

Can fish oil be taken like that? Can it give any harm?

I once read that it was no good for the garlic soft gels to be taken like that.

Does that go for fish oil, too?

You can get the Omega 3 fish oils (Boots own brand) in liquid form if this helps you - my 5 year old daughter has a spoonful of it in her bed-time milk.

yes you can. The soft gelatin capsule as all capsules is for the preservation of the medication during the storage... All capsules will be swollen and burst in stomach or intestine... and about why fish oil or vit E and A are stored in a soft gelatin capsules, Because they are in the most stability and less rancidity state.

I dont see why not but if you are going to do this wouldn't it be better to by it in liquid form.
