Most guys aren't! Your idea of happiness may simply be different than his idea of happiness.

A lot of guys may be nervous about making a long term committment to one woman, especially if the guy is still young, but most will overcome that fear if they fall deeply in love.

You may need to talk to a counsellor about this because if you are gay, fine. I have no problem with that but often for many reasons there is a sexual identify crisis and so a person does not really know if they are gay or straight. Anne Hesche was lesbian for years until she decided to be straight and then married and had a child, divorced that guy and married another man. My brother is gay and I have no problem with that but I can remember a person - not his name - who was gay and could have convinced me that I was gay as well. He didn't me but he did my brother. Sex is really only a tool to express emotion that we feel, whether love or lack of loneliness for someone who uses sex for that reason but it is our mind that determines who or what we are as much if not more than anything else. It is easy to say that we are born the way we are, and perhaps some are, but the majority of us are an empty box and what we put in there or how we decorate it makes it become what it becomes. If you want to be gay fine. If you do want to look into getting into a straight relationship, you should go online and research Sexual re-orientation but be prepared to read a lot of differing opinions and make up your own mind and do not become something you are not, either gay or straight.

I don't think guys or girls are scared of happiness. I think they are scared of getting hurt or rejected.
