First of all, always brush your teeth in warm water or as hot as you can take it.

Some people may recommend using hydrogen peroxide. Be careful though, if you use it full strength, it can remove enamel and kill good bacteria in your mouth causing your teeth to turn a dingy gray. If you do decide to go that route, just pour a little bit of hyrdogen peroxide on your toothbrush and then put some baking soda on top then just brush your teeth with it. Rinse your mouth when your done. (Note: it tastes really bad and do not swallow!!!)

Another suggestion is lime/lemon juce. Mix it with baking soda and brush away for a whiter smile!

Or, you can brush your teeth with 100% Apple Cider Vingar. Not only does it help to whiten your teeth, you're going to think you been to have them cleaned. Plus, it is safe and sanitary.

Otherwise, Believe it or not...strawberries will whiten your teeth. Rub fresh strawberry on your teeth daily and watch. A strawberry may also be mashed and applied with a tooth brush. All natural!

You can also eat lots of apples especially after a meal.

After trying any of these suggestions, you are going to need a pair of shades before taking a look at those pearly whites!
Good Luck!
