If you live in Arizona and have a misdemeanor warrant in Washington, for example, would you get extradited back to Washington if you were pulled over by the police?

Please, don't answer unless you really know what you are talking about. I am looking for facts, not opinions.

The warrant has defined geographical limitation which come up based on what the offense is. Most agencies will not extradite for misdemeanors. Good luck

That's what I've been told too - the warrant will have a geographical limit and most states don't want the cost of bringing you back. Obviously if you go back to the state in question they could arrest you if you get stopped.

They can and they seldom do seldom extradite for misdemeanors. FYI extradition between states is actually referred to as rendition.
