Some are sweating, hesitation, figiting, looking down and to the left (we do this when trying to come up with an aliby).
This isn't 5, but it's all I can remember.

Either staring at your eyes, or looking away.
Touching a part of their face with their hands.
Using words like "honestly", "to tell you the truth", etc.

increased heartrate, pupil changes, sweating, failure to make eye contact, and increased breath rate.

increased blood pressure. sweat, stuttering, they look away while answering and they are a woman.
