Honestly - I really like it when the girl takes charge and makes the first move. Its really hot. (and continues to be after the first hookup) That strokes our egos a little bit - it shows us that you like us enough to make a move. The more spontaneous the better.
The other good thing is when no one person makes the move, when its kinda mutual. When you come to a point where you both know that you're going to hook-up, thats so money.
Flirtiest move... I think its really hot when a girl gets so close to me (face to face) that when she locks eyes with me, she needs to go back and forth eye to eye (because she's so close). To me - that screams "kiss me now." I'll usually pause for an extra second, just to make her wonder if I'm actually going to kiss her and then I lay one on her. hahaha
So - YES - I like when girls make the first move

I think it's OK for girls to make the first move, but only if you've been getting good signals from the guy, lots of flirting, etc.
Some guys might not like the girl making the first move, but I think that's a minority.
Flirtiest thing? There are so many! You need to find what works best for you, because everyone has their own strengths.

I like to make this first move. I am the man in the relationship and therefore I should be the one who makes the 1st move.

Depends on the guy, if he's shy like me, he'd probably like if you made a move, but let him make the more serious of moves, just get a conversation going. If he's the bold outgoing type, he definitely would want to make the first move.
