how do I get my mom off my back?

She insists I go on vacation in the spring since in the summer I will have to work with the mentally disabled which is very hard work. She is even offering to pay me as long as I go. Trouble is I really got no one to go with because all my friends either want to study or already booked something else. What do I tell her?

she wont let me go by myself. She is insisting I go with a GF (which I dont have) or a group of friends (all of whom are busy)
