electoral roll - you will probaly have to pay for it and she might be on the one that doesnt give out an address.
You could also try friends reunited. or you could put her name into this question and see whether anyone on Y!Answers has any info.

go on the post office website you and see if she has transferred her address you might find her i doubt it though if she has not been gone long

why can't he do it, is he hoping that if she says she's not interested she will have a go at you for looking for her.
Let him do his own dirty work, he can';t be that desperate to find her if he can't be bothered to look on the internet.
