It is for a real estate markeing job. I wore a suit to the first one, and they told me that I can come business casual for the second one. Should I wear a skirt, or are dress slacks okay?

Dress slacks should be fine, but I'd likelly wear them with a blouse and blazer, to make it as much like a suit as possible. In my mind (but I'm in insurance, a more conservative field), it's better to be a little over dressed than too casual. But I readily admit to being a little paranoid :) Good luck!

if they already told you to come business casual, then you should be a little less formal, but still dress nicer than you might on a typical casual Friday. Slacks would be fine.

My rule of thumb is to dress just slightly better than the people in the office. If you have seen anyone who is in your position when you have gone in, use them as an example of what to wear. You dont want to dress too well, because they did instruct you to wear business casual. Good luck!

Dearest Fashion Disaster,

Long skirt or slacks
most important here is to dress down a bit from first
but your glow should be equal or higher

You seem to lack confidence in your fashion
sounds like you need to go shopping for self assurance
find a professional shop
with an experienced femme
give her your story and buy from her
or go else where and use her advice to cloth yourself
to your taste
but you should feel like
"hey, I don't know why I'm the greatest, but i jus feel like it!"
