I have been looking around on the internet, but I have been getting a lot of different answers. Some places say 135, some say 160.

160 is not too much, that's just crap. I weigh 158, and if I drop to 145 I look anorexic. At 163 pounds, I was at the most fit period of my life, since I was exercising 6 days a week (very hardcore workouts, about 4 hours a day). I had muscle, but I was very slender. Just eat healthy, exercise, and it won't matter what your weight is as long as you take care of yourself.

Weight can be misleading. For example, I am 5'5" and weight about 145 pounds. Just seeing those figures you'd think I might be overweight (and most websites would say so too). However, I have a large frame and am pretty muscular for a girl. My percent body fat is only 19%. To determine if you are healthy it may be better to look at your Body Mass Index (BMI) (search and you can find many calculators online) or your percent body fat (certain scales can calculate this for you, or if you belong to a gym the trainers can help you also).

I am 5'8 and weigh 145. I used to weigh 125 years ago, but I am 45 now. It also depends on your frame, if it's small, medium or large.

I was going to say 150-165, it depends on a lot of things however, musclemass, bone weight and other things. Muscles weigh more than fat FYI

alot depends on your frame, a better indicator of healthy weight is your body mass index. Look that up and decide for yourself what a healthy weight for you is.
