God.

Genesis 2:17 - but you must not eat from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, for when you eat of it you will surely die."

Genesis 3:21 - The Lord God made garments of skin for Adam and his wife and clothed them. [The first sacrifice, covering their sins].

Hebrews 9:23 It was necessary, then, for the copies of the heavenly things to be purified with these sacrifices, but the heavenly things themselves with better sacrifices than these. 24 For Christ did not enter a man-made sanctuary that was only a copy of the true one; he entered heaven itself, now to appear for us in God's presence. 25 Nor did he enter heaven to offer himself again and again, the way the high priest enters the Most Holy Place every year with blood that is not his own. 26 Then Christ would have had to suffer many times since the creation of the world. But now he has appeared once for all at the end of the ages to do away with sin by the sacrifice of himself. 27 Just as man is destined to die once, and after that to face judgment, 28 so Christ was sacrificed once to take away the sins of many people; and he will appear a second time, not to bear sin, but to bring salvation to those who are waiting for him.

Well if i remember correctly it was the jewish rabbis in jerusalem who conspired against jesus and it was the roman guards who actually carried out the deed. so i'd have to say the Jews(not the race, calm down people, but the jews of that time) and the Romans(calm down all you italians out there im not bashing anybody). historically.

Uh, God did. It was part of His plan before the foundation of the world. Man cannot do enough good to be acceptable to a Holy God. Only God coming to earth as a man could fulfill God's plan for mans' redemption.

OUR CREATOR.
Jesus took on the sins of the world to save humanity, therefore, the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God, is eternal life, in Jesus Christ, our Lord.

God did. The whole law of Moses (long before Christ) specified sacrifices of the first born of the flocks, without blemish and no breaking their bones. All symbolic that Christ would be offered as a sacrifice, the first born, without sin, and none of his bones were broken. Just coincidence huh.

God the Father did. Jesus was without sin..Recorded in Genesis 3 as the seed of the woman to defeat the Devil! It also explains why the devil hates women and children.

Jesus Himself came up with that plan. Why don't you choose to accept Him as your savior, rather than ridicule Him? He loves you so much that He died to save your soul from eternal destruction.

Let me guess Jesus not dying for our sins is better? I am sorry but we cant pay the price for our sins in front of a holy God. Our goodness is like filthy rags in front of a holy and pure God.
