Is there a website I can go to that will give me safety test results on the car seat I bought? Also, does any1

anyone have any feedback on the eddie bauer delux convertible car seat as far as tips for installation and saftey results? I installed this in my car, it seems to be in right but it still wiggles around and when my daughter falls alseep her head tilts forward. Doesnt seem right to me.
