I have dark brown hair and would like to get the whole underneath layer died blonde so that it shows through my layers. My friends said this would look strange though because blonde is lighter than brown. I don't want to have it blonde on top and brunette underneath though because I like to look a bit different but not stupid lol. I was wondering if anyone could give me any advice on tis.... Thanks :) xxx

i would leave it all brown and just have big bold blonde flashes through the middle of yor hair so your hair is stil brown underneth and on top and when your hair moves you can see flashes of the blonde this will look alot more trendy and stylish than having half and half and is easier to maintian as no-one sees the roots in the middel of your head so will not need them doing as much as having blocked colours.

wouldn`t it be better to dye it blonde first then get brown streaks put in after, then you can guide how much, or how little, you put onto your hair., the other way would mean you stand upside down so your hair is out straight and then dye the roots lol.

Go and see a professional! You can have a free colour consultation at most salons. Ask all the questions you need then buy the stuff yourself! Or pay a professional to do it

use garnier nutrise it will degrade it by itself giving u a wonderful color variety , besides it will not dry your hair , onthe contrary , it will soften it.
