Turkey or chicken sandwich on whole grain bread. Baby Carrot sticks they are easier to handle and a little sweeter for them. Celery if they like it and fruit. Use the Pyrimid, it gives the proper amount that they should have during the day. Give them milk or water to drink. No sodas or even kool-aid

There's lots of wonderful, healthy things you can give them. I sometimes make sandwiches for them. Sometimes I'll give them a little cut-up chicken with some fruit and cheese. Grilled cheese on whole grain bread, with cherry tomatoes. Pretty much any combination of healthy foods works.
