Jacob and Esau, the sons of Isaac, were twins. Esau was born first, but Jacob grabbed his foot on the way out of the womb.

Later Jacob tricked Isaac into giving him the blessing meant for the oldest by making himself appear to be Esau (at least to an old man with dim vision).

Identical twins are clearly sinful since they represent manipulation of the embryo - splitting it in two - which is clearly condemned. It is nothing other than the easiest way to create human clones.
