It depends on what kind it is. Most canned soups contain unhealthy amounts of salt and sometimes fat. Most home-cooked vegatable soups will be healthy, as long as the broth is either reduced or low sodium or home-made. The biggest problem with soup is the salt and fat content, watch out for those.

yes it is,,, the only thing if you use a piece of meat the fat from that could make it little more fattening,,, but all in all veggie soup is very healthy,,, i use fresh veggies any you like,,,,,
