I'm having pain in my upper arms and thighs. Has anyone else had these symptoms before?

I went to a Rheumatologist who told me I could have a viral infection or what they call Polymyalgia Rheumatica or some other autoimmune disease. I was tested for Arthritis, lupus, ummm oh a lot of stuff and nothing has shown up.
