organic means no pesticides or chemicals are used to preserve the friut or vegetables. Milk and meat ..are hormone free from the animals. Natural just means no sugars added in like juices or etc.

Products with the 'natural' labeling are not required by law to contain only natural ingredients. A majority of consumers (65 percent) falsely believe that products claiming to be "natural'' must describe on the label which of the product's ingredients or processes are natural.

People assume that organic means grown without the use of pesticides. While for some organic food this is true, it actually can mean "using man-made and natural chemicals," some of them highly toxic.

Its not the same thing at ALL. Organic foods are grow with many factors in mind-sustainable farming, no pesticides, no animal manure, etc. Natural can mean ANYTHING according to the FDA. For example, "natural" flavor, or "natural" color can be derived from many sources, including animals, plants, soy, grains, etc. Keep in mind the dogsh!t and cyanide are "natural", but that doesnt mean they are healthy. Poison oak and ivy are natural too. I avoid things that are labeled "natural" for that very reason. I choose organic every time. The FDA allows anything that comes from a farmed animal to a plant to be labeled as natural without having to provide the source. Its trick marketing, nothing more. You think you are getting something healthy, when often its just the opposite. It like things that are labeled 100 percent fruit juice-ever read the ingredients? Lots of stuff besides just juice-it means simply that the the fruit juice itself is the real thing, doesnt count the other ingredients. Ridiculous, and just a ploy to fool consumers-sadly, as I can see from some of the other answers, it works effectively

Wow...HUUUUUGE difference.

100% organic means that every ingredient has been raised or cultivated without growth hormones, pesticides, chemicals, genetic engineering, etc.

100% natural means that every ingredient comes from nature...nothing hydrogenated, nothing synthetically produced.

Saying that something is organic doesn't always mean it is healthy (it could be high fat or high sugar).

Saying that something is 100% natural doesn't mean it is healthy either.

It is more of a marketing strategy....it is good that you are taking the time to read the labels.
