There are a few websites with relatively inexpensive training equipment. Please keep in mind this equipment is not cheap, so if you have not taken a class, you may want to consider doing so.

There are other sites, but these two are fairly economical.

I'm an avid believe in adopting homeless dog and it is unfortunate that there are not more people who consider this an option first, especially with all the breed-specific rescues that are littered throughout the country, but I'm also a realist and supporting reputable breeders who genuinely strive to better their breed is also important--perhaps to a lesser extent, perhaps not. Supporting these reputable breeders, who barely ever profit from the puppies they sell, keeps them in business a little longer, which means that there will always be owners too busy buying from them to buy from that mill, or that BYB that they were considering. There are also individuals who wish to breed/work/compete with their breed and finding a kennel that strives for a certain ability or almost-perfect conformation is, naturally, the best option for them. Getting the word out about how wonderful adoption is and how many purebred dogs are in shelters and rescues is fine and dandy, but judging another person for where they bought their dog and why is not too different from the owners who judge another person for adopting a mutt while hanging up their registration papers in the foyer for everyone to see. Provide the facts as they are and don't let them get muddled with personal opinions or feelings, it ruins the cause.

http://www.peak.org/~helix/Agility/ Check out this link with some instructions on how to make your own, which is pretty easy, and much cheaper.
If you're set on buying, http://www.cleanrun.com is a good site to find and buy agility equipment.
A search in google for agility equipment will get you lots of sites to look into as well, but clean run is suggested by one of my dog groups for equipment.

Do an online search for "agility equipment" and you will get a TON of sites. Some will even tell you how to make most of the equipment yourself.
e-bay usually has some agility stuff too.

Petsmart and Petco do not cater to agility. You'll have to order them from a manufacture. Do a google search, there are a lot of places to compare.
Here are a few to start your search:
