Ive never been there personally but my pastor talks abtou ti allt eh teim. He absolutely LOVED his time there. He speaks fluent French from his time there so I woudl assume that was the primary language spoken. He and his wife both speak of the place with much, MUCH love and affection.

People are usually easy going and relaxed, just ask them where you can get the best "ti punch" (it's a rather fine beverage appetizer) in the place you go.
