First off, if you're gong to be immature and put me down then just don't say anything. I feel like i could cry and break down! over stupid things. I'm not saying everyone does it but alot of people do and won't admit it. Sure, i pick my nose and put it places, i scratch my butt and sometimes get a little stain. I never knew you were supposed to wash your butt til i was 16-17 but it wasn't that bad because i'm not a nasty person. When i was younger, after going to the bathroom i didn't wipe myself at all but kids go through that and i obviously do now. When i was like 14-15 i scratched my head and i had dandruff and i liked doing it and i would put it in like a little pile lol. I am not a nasty person. Dandruff is easy to get. I pick at things on my face or whatever. I used to not brush my teeth good and not every day which kids and teens tend to do that i guess. but i want to change that now. Sometimes i find things to pick. Is all this normal? I feel like i have to tell every guy i am with because i keep obsessing over if they knew then they wouldn't want to be with me.

A clean person is a happy person. Live one day at a atime and keep yourself fresh as a daisy and there is no reason to worry about the past.

Okay, stop telling everyone about what you used to do when you were younger. That was who you were and not who you are. They hygiene thing is something you must work on, by dandruff shampoo and conditioner and start using moist wipes when going to the bathroom. If your teeth are stained from not brushing properly then invest in a good toothbrush and use whitening toothpaste and mouth rinse.

Secondly, stop picking at things! It can cause scarring and infections, and yes it is "nasty" and people will talk about you for doing such unhygienic things.

Many things that you do, that you have listed, are not normal, while some of them are. Most people would not be willing to admit some of the things that you listed, so I guess that I can respect you for that.

Your personal hygiene practices are not something to applaud up until now, and I wouldn't shine any light on those things of the PAST (if in fact that is what they now are).

I believe that everyone is BEAUTIFUL to SOMEONE, but merely unattractive to others. So I am sure that you are beautiful, beautiful to someone, maybe not the most attractive, but that can be improved upon.

Keep your head up, and what I have typed is just merely my beliefs, and you should make the best decisions for yourself.

seriously are you for real?? sounds like u know the things you should do, so just do them. Don't you want to be clean and have good hygiene?? I wouldn't wanna be with you with the things u describe, so go get help from a psychologist. I don't know if you are serious, but i really hope not. You say u r not nasty but everything u describe sounds pretty damn nast to me!

The picking and scratching sounds obsessive. Take care of yourself. Good diet, sleep, cleanliness (skin, hair, teeth), the basics. Even if you are feeling ashamed or badly about yourself, take pride in who you are. It sounds self-destructive to be telling guys about bad habits, like you are testing how much they care about you. Sounds like you are unconsciously trying to push them away. Maybe focus on you for awhile. Get your own health and life in order. If you are really considered about these obsessive behaviours, go to your family doctor and have an honest chat. Lots of people have these kinds of issues at one point or another in their lives. You are not alone.

You are not the only person in the world that has "horrible hygiene". I found one day that many people have "horrible hygiene" as they called it. Most people just try to keep it a secret.

Hopefully your "horrible hygiene" has improved with your maturity, but from what I read, there are many that don't improve.

You are not the only one...Check out the website below!

well u have kinda answered your own question. You know that all of this is a normal kind of habit for just about everyone and alot of times they are too "cool" to admit that they do that. This is just a normal thing and you shouldnt worry or obsess over it.
