Yes take calcium, C, E, and an assortment of others as well. You are probably feeling this way because of lack of nutritional balence in your foods. So eat healthy. Hope I Helped.=)

have you tried therapy for them....also did you get a MRI done? Are you sure it isn't a ruptured disc causing the migraines and the pain in your back could be a pinch nerve....so go to a neurologist . and get a MRI done of your back ,neck and head. A CAT SCAN won't show as much as a MRI does. Don't wait because you are suffer even more. So get to the doctor.

You could have a gas leak in your house or your heater could be making carbon monoxide.
You could have black mold growing in your house.

Vitamins won't hurt you, but they won't necessarily solve problems like you have either. Eating a variety of fruits and vegetables and a healthy diet will be most beneficial.

Migraines can be bad- if they are interferring with your daily routine, you should see your doc about a prescription.

constant fatigue even after sleeping...is a cardinal sign of obstructive sleep apnea. Urge you to see a doctor and get a sleep study done.
As far as supplements go, don't take the multivitamin pills, they do not dissolve adequately and most pass right through you. Take a liquid supplement, there are many of them, and they are 100% bioavailable for your body to use....I use Lifeforce liquid supplements.
