One night i was with my boyfriend we were sittin in the car and he took my cell phone and i didn't know he had it... so he goes through my text messages and a friend was texting me and he wanted to come see me for my birthday.. he calls my friend who use to be by boyfriend and i still love him and he tells him not to call or text my phone anymore... now i am really worried about my friend cause i care about him alot.. what should i do?

What I don't understand is: what are you doing with this dude if you still love the other one? If you two are maintaining a normal, platonic relationship then you ought to call and apologize but tell him how your current boyfriend feels about him being 'close' to you. If he is really a friend then he will understand and both of you will find some concesion to the whole thing. You should also tell your current boyfriend that there is nothing going on, you have nothing to hide, and you still are friends with this dude. If he has insecurity problems then you should try to help him overcome it. But I'm thinking, is your friendship with the other dude really platonic or is there something going on, cause you should'nt really panic!

Sounds like your boyfriend is jealous. Some times a good thing sometimes not. The answer to your question all depends on how much you really care about your friend if you still want to date this friend you should break up with you boyfriend cause it is not fare to him. If he is that just a friend then explain to him if he is a good friend he will understand a jealous boyfriend (especially if he was one.)

you have got to decide who you care about the most and if it's your friend then call him and aplogize if you love your b/f then don't worry about your friend if he love you too he will understand and respect your relationship. but on the other hand your b/f shouldn't have taken your phone and without you knowing and gone threw it you should talk to him and let him know you didn't appreciate that and if that didn't bother you then you should think about the repect you have for yourself b/c maybe you are giving your all to him and not having anything left for yourself and just to let you know girl you haven't gotten yourself into nothing thats your b/f problem

That sounds like he doesnt trust you thats your private stuff even if he is your boyfriend or not if he cares about you enough he should understand you guys are still friends and youa re goingto still remain friends no matter what
