Let me see if I have this straight:

1. god creates the Universe.
2. god creates heaven and hell.
3. god creates mankind.
4. god demands reverence, respect and unabashed worship from all of mankind.
5. god casts the souls of those who do not worhsip it into hell (that it has created just for this purpose) for all eternity.

---------

IN CONCLUSION:

Your "god" either (a) has serious self-esteem issues (b) suffers from an inferiority complex or (c) is just plain f*cked in the head.

Which one is it?

Why would anyone try to analyze God? If a God exists, his thoughts would not necessarily conform to human thought. Trying to put human thoughts and emotions on God is stupid for either Christians or Atheists. Assuming God does or does not exist because he doesn't follow the idea you have of what a God should act like is just silly.
Top MC Hummer- If any Godbot as you put it could do that he would BE God, That was the dumbest argument I have ever heard. Now if you know someone claiming to be God now give them the test. Oh BTW science says the universe started with a Big Bang, by your reasoning I guess Science should be able to create new universe's any time they are asked to.

You really need to work on what you have straight.
1-3. God did create the heavens and the earth in fact everything that has been made..
4. God loved mankind so much even after we turned our backs on Him and hated Him He came and died for that through the blood He shed at His death we could receive forgiveness.
5. He offers us His love and eternal life if we will except it as His gift to us.
6. For those who hate Him still He mourns but allows them to be forever separated from Him... Jim

God doesn't need anything, but without him nothing can exist. Also people are cast into hell, because of rejecting the sacrifice that God made for us. All sin is destructive to a society, and it is against God. So therefore God has to punish sin, or he would be corrupt. If one is blessed with eternal life, then he is forever grateful for what God has done. For he realizes his sins are forgiven, & he does not have to pay the infinite pentaly.

No, there is no proof that God exists--that takes faith.

God knows that some people in the world have never known Him. I do not believe that He would make them suffer in hell.

God gave people free-will. That means that they can choose to believe as they wish, and live the life they wish. Some will do their very best to live a good one--others???

Any godbot who claims a "god" exists has to raise a dead body back to life. No, they are not allowed to claim it happened in a 2000 year old fairy tale, they have to be able to do it _on call_ and do it repeatedly whenever asked to.

If they can do it, then a "god" exists.

If they try but can't do it, then there is no "god".

If they WON'T try, they're chickenspit cowards who don't have the balls to stand up for what they believe in.

Additional:

Clearly "mark g" can't grasp the concept.

It's the godbots who make the claim, so it's up to them to prove that they can bring corpses back to life. If, as "skidmark g" - oops, mark - said only a "god" can do that, then TELL your "god" do it.

If "god" brings someone back to life in 2007, then "god" exists.

If no corpses can get up and walk, then there is no "god".

Don't cop out and be spineless, "murk g" - oops, mark - by trying to claim "you don't test god".

Wrong. If you can't test it, then it doesn't exist. If you won't test it, you're dishonest. Actually, no; you're like a five year old child who claims his father is the strongest in the world.

maybe god is bi-polar.

It would seem that the creation of the universe was done during one of god's "manic" phases,

and he has periodically gone throught different phases where he acts and does tons of things as are depicted in the bible, however it seems right now god is in a "depression" state and refuses to get out of bed and do anything.

This would also explain why at times god seems to "love" man, but at other times to "hate" man.

This is why we don't see miracles and such like we did back in the old days.

I guess you can chalk that up to "c" but I don't think it is fair to make fun of someone with bi-polar.

Or "that" god is just a weak excuse made-up by people with serious self-esteem issues, who suffer from an inferiority complex and are just plain f*cked in their head....
