My husband and I are both in the Marine Corps and I cant find any orders on if he will get paternity leave. Ive heard its 10 days but I dont know for sure...can someone help me.

Not sure if it applies to the military, but would he (and you) qualify for FMLA (Family Medical Leave Act).

I'm not sure about marine corp standards, but while in the air force,my husband was given one week ...any extra time was considered leave.hope that was a little helpful. Most branches run about the same, I believe. Good luck.

He'll get TAD orders for 10 days. I'm not sure if it's in any of the orders, did you check the pregnancy and parenting order, I'm not sure of the number. With our first the hubby didn't get it because he was deployed and though his 1stSgt told him he could have it when he got back, it of course never happened. With our second all he did was call the battery/company office and they had all the paperwork done and ready for him to pick up.
