I'm assuming you mean Leland Chapman from Dog The Bounty Hunter show. Yes, he is married and has at least one child, a boy.

NO he is not married has been divorced for quite some time has 2 kids dakota and cobie.....as to whether or not he is seeing anyone that's all his business....
