The guy in the room next door has sleep apnia and his snoring comes thru the wall and I cant sleep at night. It affects my job. Tried the frontroom but its even loud there. cant wear earplugs because I need to hear my alarm. Does anyone have any Ideas of what I can do to relieve the suffering. I cant move out.

You might do him a great favor by telling him that you think he has severe apnea, that his snoring and obstructing are so loud at night that it keeps you awake, that it can cause heart failure and other systemic illnesses, he would sleep better and waken refreshed if he got treatment for it. He should go for a sleep study where they can diagnose his problem for sure and prescribe treatment. Otherwise, use ear plugs and ask a close friend to wake you up.

my last partner couldnt have snored any louder... ive never heard someone snore the way she did! but she tried "Flo-naze" or.. whatever.. and it seemed to calm it down a lot.. u have to have a perscription, but anyone should be able 2 get it... try suggesting that to him.. i'm sure he'll understand! lol.. I hope this helps.

Talk to the guy and ask him to stitch a tennis ball to the back of his night dress,so that he sleeps on the side.This will stop his snoring.

Is there more than two bedrooms in your apt.? Unless he goes in for nose surgery it will not go away. Im sorry.
