I am head of household and have one single with one child and am collecting disability for myself and child I made 5100 dollars laste year can I file and receive soemthing back?

If your only income was from disability,then no,you can't get anything back.If you earned that money from a job,then you can.In order to qualify for a refund,you have to have earned the money at a paying job.

If the money was taxed, you can file. If tha tamount was striclty your disability, you will not get anything because those funds are not taxed.

Was this $5100 from wages or some sort of government assistance?

If it was wages (or self-employment earnings) you probably qualify or EIC. If it was government assistance or social security disability then you don't.

Don't trust H&R Block - generally they are idiots that don't know tax law. Use a computer program!

H&R Block will hire people that didn't pass the final exam!!!

Most likely, if you paid taxes. Do not fall for that rapid refund trap.
