You cannot sue anyone in the military for actions that occurred while on duty. The best that you can do is file a complaint with the soldiers commander and MAYBE they might investigate it. However, since you are out of the military and did not file a complaint will in service I am not sure if you really have any other recourse.

Good luck!

you cannot sue an individual in the military. at most, the investigation will provide proof that the individual was at fault, and the military may decide to proceed with charges or Captain's Mast.

Stop your whining and drive on with your life. Try WORKING for a living instead of trying to get something for nothing.
