When a woman gets pregnant the blood flow is increased to the genitals and this can make the vulva, vagina, and cervix look blueish in color. It is usually seen about 6 weeks after conception. It is one sign drs look for during an exam to help determine pregnancy.

It is a bluish discoloration of the cervix and vulva. It happens because of venous congestion. It appears at about 6-8 weeks pregnant and is a tell tell sign that you are pregnant. It is something looked for with a pelvic exam. I hope this helped.
