Seriously though, you were turned on by your sister coming into your room in her pantyhose and a bra?
Well, I guess you are a normal boy. Yes, it is sick because she is your sister, but depending on your age, she is still a girl. Even if she is blood relations, you mind may still find her body attractive, even though you are related.
I am not saying it is right or wrong, because it is not my place to judge. Just ask your sister kindly not do come into your room like that from now on and try to make sure your mind registers she is your sister, and not someone you should even be thinking about in any way other than she being your sister.

Dont over react. I am sure it happens to alot of people. It is just the fact of seeing someone naked, it has nothing to do with her being you sister. If it does there is still nothing wrong as long as you dont act on it.
