Hey! If it appears to be deep, permanent, or as if the pus is inside and hurts if you touch it, it's probably a cystic pimple. I've had a lot of those (allergies cause me to break out with them) and the only way to permanently get rid of them without too much scarring or making them go dark and infected is to visit a dermatologist and have them inject it with a medicine. The normal OTC products won't work because it can't penetrate the layer of skin to reach the pus inside, and will only burn the top layer of your skin.
Also, if it doesn't appear to be too deep, you can steam your face to open up the pores. Before this, wash your hands and face thoroughly. Then push the sides of the skin of the pimple (don't touch the pimple itself) with the outer skin of your fingers. Okay, this sounds very hard to understand. So basically what you use are the joints of both your pointer fingers ( use the back skin, not the same side as your palms because the skin on the back has less bacteria. Push from both sides until the pimple pops, then put in some generic pimple cream. Pimple creams only work if they get into contact with the pus. Make sure to get all the pus out (push until no more yellow pus comes out) then wipe with tissue, then apply pimple cream.

There are some good ideas here already. Another important one is that you should wash your bed sheets and especially your pillow cases once a week. Oils and bacteria from your skin build up on your pillows and can make skin conditions worse.
Have you popped this 2 month old pimple at all? If the pore isn't perfectly clean after popping, it will just clog up again and possibly get infected. (Popping zits isn't good for your skin, but sometimes it's a necessary evil.)
Also, note that some skin problems can become permanent. Have you ever seen pictures of those people in African tribes where they cut their skin and then rub ashes into the wound? It causes the skin to heal into a permanent bump. Same thing can happen with really bad pimples.
Anything unusual that lasts for 2months is worth a trip to a doctor, no matter how expensive the visit may be.

I had one like that except it lasted a whole lot longer than 2 months. Try using St Ives Apricot Scrub (blemish) and the Cleanser. Then use Oil of Olay Blue Clay Mask. Some remedies include: dab some toothpaste on it at night (not the gel), use contact lens solution or visine drops on the blemish, wash your face with ice cold water to shrink the size.
--Hope that helps!

i hate pimples like that!! try neutragenas rapid clear face wash. thats what i used when i had pretty bad acne and it cleared it up within the first two weeks i started using it. i've been sold on that stuff ever since, and thats been five years ago. hope this helps you out! if it doesnt, then you may want to check with a dermatologist. they could probably prescribe you something to take care of it.

most likely it isnt a pimple. its probably a cyst, I've had one under my eye for about 2 years now. I also thought it was pimpl, until it never went away.

It's probably not a pimple. It could be a cyst that needs to be removed by a doctor (not a big deal).
Or, it could be a clogged pore - see a dermatologist and they will advise.

You can use pimple creams to remove it. Don't play with it too much . Do not touch it with something oily or it can grow bigger. You can also put on onions, lemon or cucumber to remove it. If you are a teenager, you'll see more of that pimples.

Have you touched it? if you keep touching it, then you put bacteriqa in it causing it to last longer. Try puting on rubbing alchohal to kill bacteria and help dry out the zit. IDoes it hurt when you touch it? If so, try this routine that i usually do:
Each night, Apply rubbing alchohal on zit, than rub a piece of ice on it. Then apply toothpaste on zit (mka esure it's a PASTE not a gel) leave it on overnight and the next morning, apply alchohal again and rubb with ice.
