First do not go into crazy diets; you are 17 if you go crazy about not eating you will affect your development, eat but healthier, cut the sugar (is adictive; no sodeas, chocolates, or candies) Remebner you always lose weight at in reverse (if you got stomach first when getting fat, then stomach will be the last thing to go) From 98 to 92 a think you are doing fine, to lose more than 1kg or 2kg per week might be unheathy. Listen to your body if you feel sick STOP and ask for help. You've been running 20, is time for 30 and add more push ups (10 push ups- 1 min rest) 3 times =30; and more sit ups (25+25+25+25)=100 (I prefer "crunches" instead of sit ups, try it) ; at evening or night 50 push ups (10+10+10+10+10), 50 squat (10+10+10+10+10), and 100 crunches or sit-ups.

Do not stop eating, you can end up in the hospital if you do heavy excercise without eating well; do not listen to your friends they know nothing. Eat as before but healthy, fruit instead of candies, vegtable, cut the fried stuff and chips, eat tuna and salmon they taste good, bolied chicken too; no beef or pork, drink water. Cut the TV. Get into some kind of sport at school or after school. Sport with your friends is a good way to burn calories while having fun.

Remember do not overdo, be patience, eat well, sleep well, be active.

First of all, keep in mind that it takes time to lose weight. Don't get discouraged if you don't lose all of your weight in the first first few weeks.

Secondly, talk to your parents about joining a health club, or dance club, or something that would be fun for you and help you get exercise. It sounds like you are already working out, so good for you!

Third, don't be ashamed to talk to a counselor about how you feel. Maybe your school counselor, or find a counselor in your community who can help you and encourage you to lose weight. This is especially important if you feel like you have low self-esteem.

Finally, be happy with who you are. Be proud of yourself and involve yourself in activities that you enjoy. I'm sure that you are a great person, so enjoy life and be happy!

Good Luck!

Okay let me tell you somthing kinda funny, I know I am not fat, I may have a little extra weight on me but I am still skinny. I sometimes say to my boyfriend, Gosh im so fat, and he knows im not fat so he'll say, If your not happy just shut up and do somthing about it! I know its not being mean hes just being honest, he loves my body the way it is. BUt if there is somthing I dont like myself, about my body then I have to do somthing about it numbers dont matter, its your will. If you are unhappy then workout! I am a dancer I work out alot, my body is not perfect but I know im not overweight looking although my Cosmo magazine tells me and my friends that we are overweight, I think that is way so many damn girls are anorexic. I am 5'2 and 130 lbs and 20 years old. I look very good and I am porportional. I am not overweight, I have alot of muscle (being a dancer). Dont listen to scales of BMI or stuff like that. If you think you are overweight or are not happy with yourself, simply workout or diet. Thats all. Dont listen to other people telling you that your numbers mean you are unhealthy, they dont have an accurate test. Hope this helps.
