What is more important.Friends or Family?

This would have to be answered on a case by case basis. Respect those who respect you and that is where my loyalties would lay. A true friend is a true friend for a reason, family is a coincidence of birth. I choose my friends and not my family, I like like all my friends but not all my family. There are family members I have become friends with as well as friends that are as close to us we consider family. I feel DNA means nothing it all boils down to respect shown to each other.

I think both are equally important. On the one hand, you have no choice about who your family is, but you *do* get to select your friends. Good family will stand by you through thick and thin, and they have the additional trait of sharing family history and tradition.

It is nice to be able to select your closest friends, and you probably have more in common with them than with some family members, I know I did

So each is important in their own unique way.

Thanks for asking
