i got a email from hr block tellin me that my tax return that i e-filed had a been accepted. does that mean the irs has processed it and is goin to send me my money?

This has nothing to do with the IRS processing your return yet. It just means that it was successfully sent via e-mail. It also makes no implications as to whether or not you will get a refund.

No. It means your return information was successfully delivered to the IRS.

The IRS still has to process it and send out your return.

The good news is, since it's all electronic, and since you filed so early, I imagine your return will be deposited in your account within a week and a half if you chose direct deposit.

Acceptance of a return means that the return does not have errors or inconsistencies which would cause it to be rejected.

It does mean that your return will be processed, and unless there is a reason that your refund is denied, you will get your refund.

Go to irs.gov and use a feature on there called "where is my refund". Type in the nessasary info and it will tell you when to expect your money.
