Has anyone ever tried "ZOTRIM" the dieting tablet and if so does it work?? Im 14 years old 5ft 5 and weigh 8st 2lb. Im in desperate need to loose weight and currently i am on a 340 calorie diet per day. Please tell me if these tablets work or if not, what dieting tablets do you recommend, thanks x

You need to talk to someone asap, it's sounds like you have an eating disorder. And you need to get help before it gets out of control, I had anorexia when i was 16 and it was the worse time in my life, please please please talk to your parents or someone older and get help. x

you should speak to your doctor before taking any type of slimming aid tablets etc.you could cause internal organ damage which may not be repairable.you have been wise enough to put your question out for advice from others-please speak to an expert or someone trained in this field ask your doctor to refer you to a dietitian,i know someone who went down the dieting tablets road and she is now both physically and mentally a mess -she was your age when she started-just eat an all round nutritious diet and you will be just fine.

You do not need tablets, eat plenty of fruit.For your height you are not over weight.

340 calories a day endangers your health.especially at your age. You need to talk to an adult.

your 2 young 2 b worried about ur weight, just get out side and b more active u'll soon burn off fat and feel better
