If you weren't breathing air, what other type of gas do you think you would be breathing?

Air is a mixture of gases. Moslty Nitrogen but our bodies need oxygen. If your breathing anything else for more than a few minutes you die - so you could only be breathing oxygen

Hmm, that's a toughie... hydrogen is the most common, but I dunno if plants could use it for photosyntesis, or whether we could use it for respiration...
