My friend said I should try this, do you know if it really works? Also, do you know a way to tone your arms if you don't have weights?
Thank you so much

Well, it sure couldn't hurt to give it a try, so go for it. You don't need weights. You can improvise by using cans from the pantry. To get rid of "bat wings" you have to push your arms backwards--rather than lifting forward, you push backward toward your back and push up/stretch as hard as you can. Don't know how many reps to tell yo to do--start with ten or as many as you can do to start with and then increase. Push hard. I'm not a gym rat, but give it a try. Do your exercises first thing in the morning. Start with some simple stretching and do a few squats as well. You can hold onto the back of a chair and squat down. You can also do leg lifts by holding the back of a chair. Do as many as you can. This will help you gluts as well as legs. Good luck.

Something is always better than nothing! Consider crunches as it is better for your lower back and you should be able to do more than 20 within a few days. Try increasing by 5 every few days or 10 once a week. Best of luck on getting a 6 pack!

Yes, doing sit-ups will tone your ab muscles, but diet will help keep off the fat too. What you eat means everything. Push-ups and pull-ups are a good way to help tone your arms without weights

do this for a couple of weeks then increase. you want to keep challenging your muscles otherwise they will get used to doing 100 of each and then quit. its good that you know to take a break in between. when you are working out, you are actually tearing the fibers in your muscles. your body's response to that is to repair it and make a little extra so that it doesnt tear next time. so by taking a break, you allow your body to heal and repear..then by increasing the number of reps you do, you allow more muscle to build/strength to develop ideally, you would want to get into a gym. but if this is not an option for you, you can modify at home. have someone put something heavy on your back while you do pushups or if you have access to a weighted vest or resistance bands, that would be great

Yeah, this will help tone, but work up to 20 if you're not used to doing sit ups. Otherwise, you'll be really sore. For arms, do arm circles- put your arms out to the side and do cirlcles in the air. Small then big.

Sounds good. Bench dips can be done on the couch. With your palms on the couch lower your bottom towards the floor. Keep your knees bent at a 90 degree angle. You can also use water bottles or soup cans for weights.

NOOOOOO.......this is a myth. You must lose bodyfat around your abs and obliques first in order to actually see the definition. This is what most people dont realize. You have to shred the BF by increasing your cardio. workouts. Run with sweats on...it will help.

It should help tone your abs ONLY if you know how to do a right sit ups? If you do it wrongly, then you wont see any results!
