ok. so my problem is this: i need outlook to automaticly send a copy of every 'sent item' to another e-mail address, but without a adding the address on cc or bcc.

okay... already tried that, but i don't want to 'see' the secondary sender on cc or bcc, nor get confirmation on readin/opening that e-mail

BCC is the best option you have in Outlook. The recipient will not see a thing and you will have the email.

How do you expect the system to send messages unless you tell it where it is supposed to go. And the systems has it built into it that the only way something goes somewhere is if the address is in one of the fields TO, CC, BCC and if you are the recipient then you know you've been BCC so there is no reason to hide the information from you.

So why would you want to receive mail if you name is not in one of the fields.

This sort of question sounds, awfully suspicious,
Are you working on some sort of SPAM program
Are you trying to do something illegal

Just create a rule that Makes any sent item create the mail in the way you want it to.
