no. The letters actually stand for the owners name and the place he grew up in. Ingavar Kamprad in Elementyard, Agunyard. Not positive on the spelling.

No. It's an acronym for the founder's first and last name (I for Ingvar, K for Kamprad), the farm where he grew up (E for Elmtaryd - today spelled Älmtaryd) and A for Agunnaryd, the parish/village where Elmtaryd is situated.

No. I heard it stood for the founders' initials (I.K) and then the first names of his parents (E. and A.)
