God has existed from all eternity. He is His own proof. He needs no defense. What man says is of little importance compared to what God says.Isaiah 45:5-" I am the Lord, and there is no other; There is no God besides Me".

The atheist is interior the comparable boat with the Christian in that they suspect in some thing they are able to't prepare. The Christian believes there's a God. The atheist believes there is not any God. Neither can prepare it. Bigfoot, the FSM, crimson unicorns, and so on. are no longer suitable by way of fact they do no longer require a concept. i could have an opinion approximately Bigfoot yet no longer a concept. A concept is a obligatory area of a existence purpose.

God is already "proven" in the very breath that each person breathes. You are correct. Your point shared is worth pondering daily as we embark on the journey of doing God's will. God can fight His own battles, and He has. For anyone to step out and try and "defend" Him is quite silly, actually! How can the God of the Universe, Who Is and Was and Is to Come, The Beginning and the End, the Alpha and the Omega ever need defending? We are a silly people to think so.

On the other hand, sharing God's love, which by the grace of God alone is fully part of a CHRISTians life, is something we are called to do.

God has revealed much to our world, through the ages and as we speak. He wants to be discovered, and He wants to be sought. Just as a jealous lover longs to have flowers sent without having to ask for them, so our Lord longs to be loved and to love. But He will never force anyone into a relationship they are not interested in. He seeks to woo us all and in His loving patience, endures the blasphemes of skeptics in spite of the fact that He is their very source of life, affording them the free will with which to speak such hate about Him. HIS LOVE IS FROM EVERLASTING TO EVERLASTING!

PS I really didn't like the Pastor who said he had no problem with others going to Hell so long as he was not joining them. Christ wept for the lost. I really wonder if this Pastor had the Love of the Lord in Him or not.

It's not a Christian's job to PROVE just to show Him living in us. God proves his existence every day if we let him.

I've never thought it was my job to prove God, so I'm not sure what you are getting at here. Its the same as " you can lead a horse to water, but you can't make them drink".

To reveal him to atheists, you need to provide fairly substantial evidence that he exists.

If you keep your faith among yourselves that is fine, I have no problem you believing anything you want to in the privacy of your home and in your church.

If you try and push your belief into public schools and government, then there is a big problem and you had better be prepared to demonstrate logically and scientifically the basis for your belief.

Of course since no one has ever been able to do that, you fall back on the "It's not my job" quotes.

Matt 28: 18-20.

As we see here, Christ, in his (approved by God) position, had all authority to commission his followers to go out to the whole earth to make disciples and to teach the truth that Jesus taught.

I agree, our job is to spread the truth, not convince, it is the Holy Spirit of God that convinces them. The Truth is in Jesus Christ.

God proves Himself already in the way He created us. It's our job to show His love.
