Not enough information to answer. Your refund will be whatever you paid in, minus whatever total taxes you owe. If your quarterly payments were more than you owe, then yes, you'll get a refund. If you didn't file anything quarterly, you'd probably owe.
You say you started the business at the end of the year. So it might not affect 2006 much. What did you do the rest of the year? If you had a job earlier, then it depends on how much you had withheld there.
