Have your eyes checked out- you may need glasses or a new prescription. headaches can be bought on by the eyes straining over a long period of time which ties in with you getting them in the evening. Are you on a computer all day? if so give your eyes a break form the flickering screen and go for a walk for some fresh air. You are legally entitled to 5 minutes away from the computer each hour. Use it! hope this helps.

same symptoms, diagnosed with migraines.
See Diamond headache site. Blood flow and diet and weather had a lot of triggers for me. You have to figure out the triggers for you.

My blood and urine tests did not get me a real diagnosis, but eliminated some possibilities.

Research the Migraine and headache sites, did you have any injuries to your back? If so, check that.

Regulate your sleeping. Over sleep or irratic schedule can be a trigger.

Wish you luck, I've been dealing with it since a 2003 auto accident.
My husband had 3weeks of clusters after he was laid off and changed his sleep pattern, and added stress.

What was the situation when it started? Can you remember?
That may be a place to start.
doctors can't give an exact diagnosis of the triggers if it is migraines not triggered by hormones. It's a personal issue you have to figure out for you.

Be patient, your going to be alright.

If you've had the same headache for three weeks it is most likely stress. Even mild migraines carry a moderate level of pain and are felt in a bandular pattern. The headache you're describing sounds like a dull pain localized over the majority of the head, which is a common sign of stress. Tai Chi is great for relieving stress as is Yoga, kickboxing, running, and just about any other activity.

i use a herb called feverfew for the best migraine relief i ever got. fresh is best 4 leaves hot water sugar or honey and maybe a touch of lemon. it comes in capsules here in aust too!
i would ask, did you have the air pressure reading done for glaucoma while at the opticians.
if your vision is better than it has always? been not so good. well i would not give up on seeking a reason. a 3 week headache is NOT normal.
your job?, injury? your food? anything new? any new carpets? cleaning products? have you seen a chiropractor or considered. they do amazing things. find one someone you know recommends though! whats your blood pressure like? that can give big headaches too!!!

I agree with everyone else. You should go see your regular doctor. It sounds like you are experiencing migraines. Your doctor can either prescribe or recommend a pain reliever for the migraine, if this is in fact what you are experiencing. Does sound like migraines because of the stomach being upset. See a doctor, they have both medicines to treat and prevent these head aches.
