I find it more funny that Christians perceive that as pertaining to the whole Bible when, in fact, the Book it was a part of was written LONG before the Bible was codified.

And if it DID apply to the whole Bible, why do they not condemn Martin Luther for removing 7 books from the Bible that were there from 300-400AD all the way to Martin Luther's day in the 1550s?

Perhaps some do. I don't.

I don't even take one translation over another. I have about 5 translations, and I research the words in the old Greek.

My favorite is the "Jesus didn't mean that" syndrome. Example: Jesus said, in Luke 14, that if you don't hate your family, you can't be his follower. Christians insist that "hate" doesn't mean "hate" it means "love less by comparison," despite the Greek word "miseo" being translated as "hate" in many other verses. The Bible says whatever you want it to say.

I don't really recall anyone quoting quasi scripture and calling it Scripture................could be though.

That "Threat" really does refer to the book called REVELATION only.

That Scroll just happens to be in the library we call THE BIBLE.
