If your average right-wing Republican Christian was confronted by a man with long hair, a beard, and simple clothing, who preached that all men were equal, that we should love our neighbors, forgive our enemies and give up all their wealth to the poor, he would dismiss him as some sort of liberal, pinko-commie nut case. He would call Rush Limbaugh or Sean Hannity and denounce him, and Rush and Sean would agree. They might not crucify him, but they might try to have him committed and Karl Rove would start a smear campaign.
Trust me, Jesus was a troublemaker of the first order, but the folks he went after, those who controlled most of the politics of that era, apparently deserved it. Today they have the right-wing media to denounce such people as "Un-American." Crucifixion these days amounts to being labeled "liberal."

Christ was executed by the Romans for crimes against the State ( claiming to have powers greater than the Emperor ). The Romans were nether right or left winged. In fact they had no wings at all.
He's not coming back. Haven't you heard, he was crucified two thousand years ago.

The Romans crucified Jesus for sedition. Early Christians began shifting the blame to the Jews to suck up to the Romans in their succesful political manipulations to take over the empire. The "Moral Majority" are neither.

Jesus could be crucified by skill of any government, regardless of their social gathering association. If there grow to be this variety of man or woman as Jesus Christ he could be branded a hippy by skill of maximum folk, regardless of their political ideals. If the "historic" tale is genuine Jesus grow to be crucified the 1st time around for being of project to the Roman Empire and the Jewish caliphite authority, i.e., the government elite. If he grow to be to return in human form the comparable could ensue yet returned, little question approximately it. especially situations persons study from their previous errors, yet governments and societies as an entire on no account do. "people who fail to verify from their errors are doomed to repeat them".

No, you are incorrect. The Romans were the ones that crucified Jesus Christ. As far as the right wing repukes, they just might. They always seem to turn on the peacemakers.

Well the Jews did crucify him, they used the romans to do it because the priests couldnt do it under Jewish law. I think that all governments are going to want to crucify him when he comes back, because they are going to be doing satans will, but Jesus isnt going to allow it

The San-hedrin Crucified Christ.
And the Republicans? well..what they want to do is irrelevant.
When Christ returns, every knee will bow and every tounge will confess that Jesus Christ is Lord.
And they will do so by force.

What a dumb question. When Christ returns, He will be KING, in control, God Almighty.
All heads will turn, and all knees will bow.
Even Republicans. :-)
