Real good question you've got there, the answer is that they do cover they are reqyered to at lest the privateparets which is from the bellybotten to the knees.As to if your question is to why dont they cover like the Muslim women do that is because a man's body is built physicly different.
For having ciggie's and beers as you call them yes they do.although Its not alowed in Islam some of them do No body in the worldis purfect to clame it is insaine As a muslim I've seen them to i dont denie The only thing to do is to pray for them.

Some of them wear skull caps and those long PJ's.
Ive been to a few Muslim countries for holidays and they definitely DO drink beer and smoke too.

Muslim men DO cover themselves. They do NOT drink beer.
They cover different parts of their bodies than women, but they are still meant to dress modestly. Yes, and they do cover their heads as well. They wear hats.
Muslim men are also meant to have beards, which is a kind of face covering.

There is absolutely nothing to be blamed on the religion of Islam itself. All religions teach its followers to be obedient , the disobedience of the followers will more or less bring forth humiliation towards the religion itself. Muslims are totally prohibited to alcohol and for male Muslims , they have only to cover up their stomach until the legs (compulsory)
