If someone raises her hands above her head and stretches, she probably feels pretty comfortable and secure in the setting that she's in. That's probably why the "girl next door" always appears so attractive to guys, coz she's comfortable in her home environment and is less inhibited; and would more likely than not be easier to chat with. She's also likely to dress more comfortably ... like my neighbour who's always in a bikini.

She could be stretching but, I know I have pulled that one more than once and actually still use it.
I would use it as a sign. I mean you stretch up and it shows skin that you don't always see or ever see. Which signalizes sex...so it makes him think of that. It's either a sign that she wants it, is stretching, or just wants to drive you crazy.

It depends on the situation. Does this girl know you? has she had a past relationship with you? Does she regularly flirt with every guy or just you? and how long have you known her? All these questions apply. If you can answer them, then you should have your answer.

really that depends on the girl and the relationship you have witht he said girl. she may just be stretching to relieve a kink in her back or such. but if you two are flirting already, and maybe even started talking, or if you two have kissed or such then yeah its flirting..
